Hot Wax
|
A hot wax is applied evenly to the ski. The excess wax is then scraped off. A structure is then applied using a nylon brush. The ski/board is then polished using a finishing cork.

Wax & Edge - Ski
|
Consists of a hot wax, but also includes the restoration of the ski edge. The edge, is machine ground to a chosen angle, between 80 and 90 degrees, to give maximum edge hold; this process also cleans the edge from any rust and removes any dings or scrapes.

Full Service - Ski
|
This includes all the above processes, but also consists of any base or top sheet repairs necessary. Longevity of the base repair is ensured by the use of our Rocafix EG316 P-Tex gun that melts the P-Tex at extremely high temperature. Additionally our Wintersteiger, water cooled sanding machine can be used if there are multiple base blemishes to remove. If the base damage is severe enough to go through to the core then Patches will be used to ensure a long lasting repair.

Binding Mount
|
Bindings will be mounted to fit your ski boot and DIN settings will be adjusted to the correct settings for your safety. Please note; each make of binding needs a different shape jig therefore we will not be able to fit EVERY make of binding but endeavour to have the equipment to fit MOST. To mount your bindings we will need your ski boots and some personal details. These include your weight, height and skiing ability.
This service is free if the Skis are bought in store from us.

Boot Mould
|
Most liners in ski and snowboard boots are heat reactive giving them thermal moulding properties, with the equipment in the shop we can mould these liners to give you, a customised, perfect fit around your foot and leg!

Binding Adjust
|
This will adjust the binding to fit the customer's ski boot and will also include the DIN setting being adjusted.
To adjust your bindings we will need some personal details and your ski boots.
These include, Weight, Height and Skiing ability.

Custom Shell
|
A process developed by Salomon, where the shell of the boot is heated up in a specifically designed ski boot oven and the shell becomes mouldable around your fore foot so the shell can expand to fit the size of your forefoot. Therefore giving the skier a completely perfect precision fit.

Boot Stretch
|
If you are experiencing pain or discomfort from your boots, you might consider having them stretched. This involves heating the boot up and stretching it with a specialist bit of equipment in the specific area that is causing you discomfort.
This can alter the aesthetics of the boots. We also see this process as a last resort, our boot fitters have various techniques to alter the boot before going to a boot stretch
