Returns Details

CONTACT US - either by e-mail or by telephone to explain and discuss why the goods need to be returned.
WRITE YOUR ORDER NUMBER - on the outside of the package. Make sure it is clear, bold and securely fixed.
ENCLOSE A BRIEF EXPLANATION - giving details of the reason for returning the goods and the action you would like us to take.
Please note that we can only accept returned good if they are still of merchandisable quality.
Goods are returned at customers own expense unless otherwise agreed by Penrose Outdoors prior to returning the goods.
